Mehr Geld allein reicht nicht

Weil das Verkehrsaufkommen steigt, aber zu wenig Geld in die Infrastruktur fließt, sind viele Brücken an deutschen Fernstraßen in einem bedenklichen Zustand. Wenn sich die Situation nachhaltig bessern soll, gehören aber auch die Zuständigkeiten für den Fernstraßenbau und -betrieb auf den Prüfstand.
