Einkommensteuer: Die große Umverteilung

In Deutschland leben rund 70 Millionen Menschen, deren Einkünfte prinzipiell der Einkommensteuer unterliegen. Doch während mehr als 20 Millionen von ihnen gar keine Abgaben zahlen, tragen vergleichsweise wenige Reiche fast ein Drittel zum Einkommensteueraufkommen bei.
