Quality of employment of low-qualified workers

To counter the shortage in skilled labour and to equip people with the necessary qualifications for a professional career education and other qualifying measurements are to be strengthened. Women, unemployed, and low-skilled workers shall be especially supported. However, as current research results show low qualified workers are still underrepresented in continuous training courses or programmes for a variety of reasons.
