IW-Elan

Companies with at least 20 employees are legally obliged to provide severely disabled people with 5 percent of their workplaces. Once a year, employers have to therefore send a so-called severely disabled person's report to the employment agency in order to provide proof of their employment obligation.

The IW-Elan software simplifies this task for employers by, for example, checking that the necessary entries are complete and credible, carrying out the calculations and enabling convenient viewing via an Internet connection. The program is supplemented by an extensive assistive guide and a hotline for technical support.

The IW-Elan software is developed on behalf of the Federal Employment Agency. It is developed in coordination with the Federal Employment Agency and the integration offices. The Federal Employment Agency sends employers the IW-Elan on CD-Rom on an annual basis. Alternatively, the software can be downloaded from this page: iw-elan.de
