NETZWERK Q is a joint project of the German Economic Institute (IW), the educational institutions of the business community, and other educational institutions. It is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education, Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women, and Youth (BMBFSFJ).
Knowledge, experience, and methods for vocational training
NETZWERK Q develops practical concepts and materials to make vocational training fit for the future. Following a successful project phase focusing on digital transformation, the focus is now on the following topics:
Optimization of training marketing Development of innovative concepts for attracting young talent – from employer branding and social media campaigns (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) to career guidance and the targeted use of digital tools.
Current trends in training Preparation of topics such as artificial intelligence (e.g., chatbots for learning support), individualized learning paths for heterogeneous groups of trainees, and inclusive training formats.
Individual counseling Development of tailor-made solutions – from pre-/onboarding concepts to the use of digital learning media to strategies for lower-performing trainees.
The offering includes modern teaching and learning formats that meet current and future challenges in education. These include background knowledge, lectures, workshops, online courses, blended learning training, and learning nuggets—flexibly combinable and tailored to your needs.
