Fin.Connect.NRW

A well-connected financial sector is crucial for financing and implementing forward-looking ideas for the climate-neutral transformation. This is why the state of North Rhine-Westphalia has founded its own financial center initiative Fin.Connect.NRW. The initiative is primarily concerned with financing the economic transformation, initiating proposed solutions and launching projects.

In the second project phase since November 2023, a competence center for transformation financing will be established. The competence center is the central point of contact for organizational, technical and scientific questions and tasks and provides knowledge and expertise. The aim is to support the real economy and the financial sector in a variety of ways. The Fin.Connect.NRW office is supported by three partners, the Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft (IW) with its scientific expertise, ZENIT with its innovation, transformation and networking expertise and the IHK NRW with its professional training and qualification expertise.
