Rentner in der Großstadt

Schon in wenigen Jahren gehen die ersten Vertreter der geburtenstarken Jahrgänge in Rente – das sorgt für tiefgreifende Veränderungen in Deutschland, auch auf dem Immobilienmarkt. Das Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft Köln hat analysiert, wie der Wohnungsmarkt im Jahr 2030 aussehen wird, und die künftigen Rentner gefragt, wie und wo sie leben möchten.
