Mietpreisbremse wird zum Bumerang

Mit der Mietpreisbremse will die Politik Mieterhöhungen in den Ballungsräumen begrenzen. Das Vorhaben wird nach hinten losgehen und es einkommensschwachen Mietern noch schwerer machen, eine bezahlbare Wohnung zu finden.
