Die Wohnungsnot der Senioren

Die meisten Wohnungen, in denen ältere Menschen leben, sind nicht barrierefrei. Da zudem der Bedarf an altersgerechtem Wohnraum künftig kräftig steigen wird, addieren sich die nötigen Investitionen für Neubauten und Renovierungsmaßnahmen in den kommenden 20 Jahren auf annähernd 40 Milliarden Euro.
