Kaum Frauen in Vorständen

Für Aufsichtsräte in den rund 100 größten börsennotierten Unternehmen gibt es in Deutschland seit Anfang 2016 die gesetzliche Regelung, dass 30 Prozent der Posten mit Frauen besetzt sein müssen. Für Vorstände gibt es keine Frauenquote. Derzeit bestehen fast zwei Drittel der Vorstände deutscher Börsenunternehmen ausschließlich aus Männern.
