Datenschutz: Ungeliebtes Regelwerk

Seit Mai 2018 gilt die Europäische Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) – doch noch immer tun sich die meisten Unternehmen in Deutschland schwer damit. Statt Rechtssicherheit zu schaffen, verunsichern die neuen Regeln die Firmen, hinzu kommt ein hoher personeller und finanzieller Aufwand für die Umsetzung.
