Four scientific institutes have joined together to develop a strategy for promoting individual and organisational resilience in companies and are currently testing it in four pilot enterprises. The primary target group are the CEOs and personnel managers of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) who are keen to tackle the challenge presented by the increasingly complex demands of the market and a constantly changing business environment. The project deals with the following questions:
- How can companies and their employees adapt to the more complex business processes of a digitalized working environment?
- Which instruments can be used to determine current levels of corporate and individual resilience?
- How can firms succeed in developing a balance between readiness to change, ability to change, flexibility and stability for their staff and their business processes?
